Aimee holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Newcastle, UK. She has worked in academic publishing for sixteen years, with experience in managing and developing journals across a range of subject disciplines including health and social care, sociology, business and management, and engineering. Prior to joining MDPI she held editorial positions at Taylor & Francis and senior manager roles at Emerald Publishing. She has extensive knowledge and interest in open access and open science. Her current role at MDPI focusses on business development and representing MDPI in the UK publishing market.
